General

Any order placed with which takes its vehicles off the public highway will be at the customers own risk, they will accept full responsibility for any consequential damage that may occur to persons, property or vehicles as a result of this.

We will will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by failure to supply, or any delay in supply which may be caused directly or indirectly by any circumstances beyond our control, including act of god, fire, accident, breakdown of machinery, shortage of labourer material, or by an act of neglect the part of the customer.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for all the costs incurred as a result of a cancellation or variation of the whole or a substantial part of the order.

We will not be liable for any damage caused to your property if you ask us to life skips/bags over walls/grass/driveways etc.

Skip Hire

When placing an order you would have agreed to our strict level load and prohibited items policy. If any prohibited items are found in your skip and/or your skip is overloaded we reserve the right to charge you an additional fee.

In addition to this, if your skip is dangerously overloaded we may leave rubbish in the location of your skip.

Any damage to our skips beyond normal wear and tear will be charged back to the customer accordingly.

Skip Bag Hire

When placing an order for a skip bag please be aware that you must place them in a location where our van can easily lift them. Our van must be able to reverse close to the bag to be able to lift.

If you fail to place the bag in a suitable location we may not be able to pickup your waste.

Prohibited Items & Level Load Policy

All out sorting is undertaken by hand to recycle as much as possible, so please take note. If any of the below items are found in the skip they will be returned or left at the location of the skip.

Tyres
Fridges & Freezers
Gas Bottles/Cylinders – Solvents – Fuels – Paint Tins
Plasterboard
Sanitary Products
Animal waste (dog / cat faeces)
Felt & Asbestos
Medical Waste
Hazardous Waste
Tarmac
Food waste
Batteries
Any skips lifted over fences at owners request, is at the liability of the customer.

In addition to the above, our 4 and 5 yard skips are for light waste only. This means you can not load a 4 or 5 yard skip with hardcore waste such as soil, concrete and bricks.

We have a strict level load policy on all our skip sizes. This means you should not overfill the skip above the level on the skip.

If you load your skip too high we reserve the right to return the overloaded waste or charge you an additional fee of £40.

Cancellations

All orders made are final, if you wish to cancel your order and get a refund please contact us by telephone or email. If you already have the skip we are unable to offer you a refund.

Refunds will be made back to the card you used when purchasing and can take up to 10 working days.

By accepting these terms you also acknowledge that you are able to accept delivery of your skip on the day you have chosen.
